Shipping policy

Where We Ship
Joyeria Herreras currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We deliver to P.O. boxes where the carrier allows it.

Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Standard: Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) typically ship the same business day.
Express: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) typically ship the same business day.
Same-day shipment is not guaranteed and may take longer during busy periods.

Standard: $8.00
Express: $15.00
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Any delivery estimate is not guaranteed. Joyeria Herreras is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

Signature Required
Packages valued at $500 or more require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or we shipped it to the wrong address because of our error.

Refused Packages
If a package is refused without our prior approval, your refund will not include the original shipping cost or the cost of returning the package to us. We do not currently charge a restocking fee.
